Macaroni-cheese-recipe-l

We are so excited to announce the debut of one of our new columns, Cooking Class. (You'll find it in the October issue on newsstands now!) Each month we'll feature a Southern food that you've always wanted to learn how to make from scratch but might have been intimated to try...until now! This month features my favorite: creamy baked mac & cheese.

It doesn't get easier than this. We break out the recipe into visual steps that you can easily follow on the page so you can be the seasoned cook you've always wanted to be. Of course, we're always looking for yummy food topics. What are some of your Southern favorites that you want to learn to make?

I honestly never thought Mac & Cheese was a southern food, but I must say I owe the south a thank you for it then! I make homemade mac and cheese probably 3 times a month and will keep on doing it. This is a meal my entire family loves.

Going to keep my eyes out for the issue, don't know if they sell it in Canada or not.
