Marian Cairns, Southern Living Test Kitchen Specialist and all-around national ambassador for the magazine, will appear on the CBS Early Show tomorrow morning (Fat Tuesday!) around 8:30 (EST).
Marian will guide viewers through a few Louisiana specialties such as Jambalaya, Etouffee, and Gumbo, then cook up her favorite Gumbo recipe. She'll also talk about the Sazerac, the official cocktail of New Orleans.
